2-up W-2 and 1099 Blank Paper

Use this paper in conjunction with form imaging software or internet forms generators such as QuickBooks to create W-2 forms in the IRS-standard traditional 2 per page format. Also used for Forms 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-MISC and 1099-R. Packed in bundles of 100 sheets (= 200 forms). Paper is blank on both sides and perforated in the middle for ease of use.

Use with Phoenix Phive Payroll and Industrial Strength Payroll, The 1099 Package, QuickBooks, and all other software that creates traditional W-2's and 2-per-page 1099's.
