As a new purchaser, you receive all updates issued from the time of your purchase to the following November 30. After this time, subscribing to our Annual Maintenance Service means you will continue to receive all these changes on a timely basis. (This service includes the Form 941, Form 941-SS and the Form 944 Forms on Disk™ plus changes to any included forms. However, it does not include tax table changes. Please see Tax Table Service.)
When you subscribe to the Annual Maintenance Service, you receive every new release from the day you subscribe until the following November 30. So you can be confident that every new change in government forms will be there when you need it.
Annual Maintenance is required if you want to continue to print any government forms such as the 941 or W-2. It is not required to do checks.
