California Form DE-6 file copy only on a CD

The State of California's EDD uses scanners to acquire all its wage and tax data. Documents that are intended to be scanned typically limit the amount of extraneous wording - such as column titles - that is printed in ink that the scanners can read.
We have developed scannable forms DE-6 and DE-88 ALL that are specifically approved by California. These forms have very few words and titles, making them difficult for people to read them. Machines love them, of course.
Both Payroll and Industrial Strength Payroll come complete with these EDD-approved substitute DE-88-ALL, and DE-6.
Specially designed to work exclusively with Industrial Strength Payroll and Payroll, this product creates copies of form DE-6 that have all the title fields that we humans like. They cannot be filed with the EDD.
To use this product you need a Hewlett-Packard LaserJet laser printer with the PCL-5e driver.
